Can the interest/payment upon the home equity loan be deducted as home bureau expense, the same the home mortgage ?
I have been asked to set a home bureau for my employer’s benefit. we will work from home upon every day basis. we know we can concede a apportionment of my mortgage payment as well as utlilties from my taxes, though can we deducted my home equity loan payments? Should we connect both loans to get a sum taxation benefit?

Interest paid upon a home equity loan is deductible as mortgage seductiveness as prolonged as a home equity loan is not larger than $100,000. If such a loan exceeds $100,000 afterwards we would have to snippet what a supports were used for to seen if any one some-more seductiveness is deductible.
Interest paid upon a home equity line of $100,000 or reduction is deductible upon report a as mortgage seductiveness though it is not deductible when we have been computing pick smallest tax.
Mortgage seductiveness is tangible as a loan performed to purchase, erect or urge a personal chateau and a home equity loan of no some-more than $100,000. The altogether extent upon such loans is $1,000,000 and a $100,000.
